DELIVERY DRIVER POSITION

Role Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated independent Delivery Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing accounts, delivering product with company vehicle, merchandising shelves, stocking kegerators and occasionally dropping off samples to new sales leads if necessary.

 

Job Types: Part-Time

Pay: Starting at $150/day up to $250/day.

Expected hours: 8-20  per week

Schedule:

  • Every Thursday local deliveries (Grand Rapids, Holland, Grand Haven, Muskegon, Montague Route)

  • Every 2-3 weeks Wednesdays - SE Michigan (Ann Arbor Region)

Key Responsibilities

  • Print picklist and invoices at Headquarters in the morning of each shift.

  • Load van of kegs and cases for delivery day

  • Prepare and deliver orders to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction

  • Represent Lively Up at accounts with a positive & helpful attitude

  • Merchandise shelves at select accounts and maintain kegerator maintenance at select accounts.

  • Drive through various forms of traffic (city, highway, construction) abiding to all laws, care and attention to detail.

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.

  • Appreciation for craftsmanship, sustainability and community.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lb kegs.

  • Ideal position for someone looking for reliable part time work; someone partially retired; musician, artist or freelancer looking for additional work.

  • Competitive hourly wage starting at a flat rate of $150 for local deliveries, $250 for SE Michigan deliveries.

Farmers Market Representative - GRAND RAPIDS

Role Overview

Lively Up Kombucha is Michigan’s Craft Kombucha brewery with a presence in large and small retailers across Michigan. Built on a reputation of integrity, flavor and innovation; we are looking for a results-driven, outgoing, and self-motivated Farmers Market Representative to join our team.  

This person will be responsible for traveling from company headquarters to farmers markets consistently and on time, setup and tear down of products and display and handling all transactions. Building relationships with customers, educating on the product and being the face of the brand.

This specific position will be on Saturdays at Fulton Street Farmers Markets, with additional opportunity on Fridays, however not required.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Carry in-depth knowledge of Lively Up’s product line

·       Travel to and from company headquarters to farmers markets on-time.

·       Setup and tear down products and displays

·       Active customer engagement and sampling

·       Handling all transactions with cash, card and with honesty and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Comfortable with lifting and moving heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs).

  • Strong communication skills, outgoing and charismatic. Handling small talk while multitasking.

  • Passion for craft beverages and healthy lifestyle is a plus.
